Guestfarm Elisenheim - Dam-Camping
- Please report at reception at time of entry to obtain the key, unless otherwise arranged with e.g. Manager of a big group, who will report for the group.
- Our rates are not negotiable and staff is not authorized to give discounts.
- NO domestic pets are permitted on the Guest Farm, not even small ones.
- Guests enter and use the facilities at their own risk and no claim may be lodged at management for injuries, loss or damage to property.
- The dam has a long drop toilet and shower, which is working with wood (donkey).
- Ablution facilities are cleaned regulary. Please leave them in a state, you would like to find them in.
- At dam campsite, braai facilities with grids are provided, a table with wash basin, a small roof with table and 2 benches. No electricity available.
- Please do not litter but provide bags for garbage and bring back to guest farm on day of departure, thank you.
- No damaging of trees, plants or surrounding environment will be tolerated.
- Firewood is for sale or may be brought. The utilization of firewood from our natural environment is strictly prohibited and persons ignoring this will be requested to leave the farm without compensation or refund.
- You are welcome to bring canoes/rowboats or tubes to swim in the dam.
- Catch and release fishing is allowed.
- Please note, that the 4x4 self-drive route is NOT included in the dam visit
- For security reasons, NO vehicle in/out after sunset is permitted, thank you.
- YOU WOULD HAVE TO BRING: 4x4 vehicles, camping gear, bedding, firewood, additional gazebos/umbrellas, food & drinks in cool-boxes, drinking water.
